Upwork changed its markup
If a captured proposal comes through with fields missing, send the page it came from. The parsing lives on the server, so a fix reaches you without reinstalling anything.

Tell us which figure and what you expected. Every rate comes out of one engine, so if one is off it is worth chasing down.
Your data
What is stored, or a copy or deletion of it. Self-serve export is not built yet, so this is currently the way to ask - and it gets done.
Most of how the app works is already written down. Check the documentation first - it may be quicker than waiting on a reply.
